The annual record
The PAR Book is the annual editorial record of selected recognition associated with PRIME ACHIEVEMENT RECORDS. It complements the live Registry rather than replacing it.
Edition year
Recognition is normally assigned to the PAR Book edition corresponding to its recognition year. Submission year, recognition year and certificate issue year may be different and should not be confused.

Editorial control
Automatic synchronization provides a reliable starting point, while authorized administrators retain editorial control over inclusion, ordering, descriptions and publication status.
Historical editions
PAR maintains separate editions by year. The 2024, 2025 and 2026 editions are distinct publications and should not be merged into a single historical book.
