Use of the service
Users should provide accurate information and use the PAR website and recognition services lawfully and responsibly.
Applications
An application is a request for consideration. Submission, payment or communication with PAR does not by itself guarantee recognition, an award, a certificate or PAR Book inclusion.
Evidence
Applicants and nominators are responsible for the authenticity and lawful submission of information and evidence they provide.
Recognition
Recognition is subject to the applicable pathway, criteria, evidence review and authorized administrative decision. Recognition should not be represented as government accreditation, statutory certification or professional licensure unless independently established.
Verification
The official verification service provides a read-only confirmation of information available for a published credential or recognition. Users should rely on the current official verification result rather than an isolated image or copy of a certificate.
Corrections and status
PAR may correct material administrative errors and may suspend, withdraw, revoke or otherwise change the status of recognition where applicable rules, evidence concerns or administrative findings require it.
Changes
Applicable terms, policies and procedures may be updated as the service develops. Material changes should be reflected in the published version of the applicable policy.
