A step-by-step guide for applicants and nominators preparing a PAR recognition request.
Before you apply
Identify the accomplishment accurately and choose the pathway that best describes it. Prepare the information and evidence that can reasonably support the claim.
Prepare your information
- Applicant or nominator details
- Recognition type
- Title of the accomplishment
- Category
- Date and location
- Clear description
- Reference links where relevant
- Evidence and supporting documentation where requested
Submit
Use the official Apply page. The system creates a Submission ID so the application can be tracked independently from any later recognition ID.
After submission
PAR may request clarification or additional evidence. Approval is not automatic. If approved, the recognition receives its public identity and may become eligible for credential, verification, Registry and PAR Book treatment.
Accuracy declaration
Applicants should submit information honestly and ensure that important statements and evidence are accurate to the best of their knowledge.
