Shipping terms for the optional PAR Recognition Pack.
Scope
This policy applies to the optional PAR Recognition Pack containing the printed certificate, PAR medal, presentation folder and recognition card.
Eligibility
The Recognition Pack is available only after successful recognition and is separate from the recognition service.
Price and Shipping
The Recognition Pack price is US$59. Shipping is charged separately according to destination, service level and applicable carrier costs.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment and confirmation of delivery details. Production and dispatch may require additional time for personalization and international handling.
International Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Customs clearance may delay delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs charges imposed by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the applicable order terms.
Address and Tracking
The applicant is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Tracking information will be provided where the carrier supports tracking.
Loss, Damage and Replacement
Loss or damage should be reported promptly with the order reference and delivery information. PAR will coordinate with the carrier and determine an appropriate replacement or other remedy under the applicable terms.
